The person behind the strategy.

Meet Lily

This isn’t what I thought my life would look like.

I spent years in full-time ministry; leading, shepherding, building community from nothing, and sitting with people in some of the hardest and most pivotal moments of their lives. I learned how to ask the question that unlocks something. How to hold someone's vision when they can't hold it themselves. How to stay in the room when things get hard.

Then life pivoted - fast and hard and not by our choice - and I had to figure out how to take everything I knew about people, vision, and building something meaningful and translate it into something that put food on the table.

Turns out, those skills don't just apply to ministry.

They apply to every woman sitting across from me with a business she's trying to build, a brand that doesn't quite reflect her yet, or a vision so big she doesn't know where to start.

That's where I come in.

Lily Taylor, fractional marketing director and brand strategist

I'm the person you call when you have the vision but not the plan. I sit with you, I hear what you're actually trying to build, and then I help you make it real - through strategy, marketing, creative, and the kind of honest conversation that moves things forward.

My background is all over the place: ministry, coaching, marketing, operations, design, event coordination, nonprofit work, real estate support. Every single piece of it lives in my toolkit when I sit down with a client. I don't bring a template. I bring everything I have.

I work with a small number of clients at a time because the work I do requires presence, not just deliverables. If you're a woman with a vision who is ready to actually move, I'd love to be in your corner.

Your greatest asset is you.

Here's what I actually believe: too many people are trying to squeeze themselves into someone else's made-up box and the world is missing out on what they truly have to give. My job isn't just to make your marketing look good. It's to help you show up fully, loudly, and unapologetically as exactly who you are - because that's where the real magic lives.

When your brand tells the truth about you, the right people find you. Every time.

Core Values:

Show up as yourself

There's no template for who you are. Your brand shouldn't feel like one either.

Big is not a dirty word

Small businesses, nonprofits, and solo operators deserve to take up space. I'm here to help you do exactly that.

Marketing with heart

Strategy and soul aren't opposites. The best brands have both.
